How to store: Keep in dry place at 37.4 ºF — 41 ºF (3 ºC — 5 ºC) and out of sunlight.
How to bloom: Best if ground by mortar & pestle and sprinkled on ice until melted. Infuse thoroughly. Brew cold for faster result.
