We bring culinary-grade certified saffron to food lovers. Choosing quality saffron has been complicated and confusing for many years. Various names identifying different qualities of saffron and hundreds of brands have not helped the process either. Zaroma allows culinary delight lovers to choose the right intensity of aroma, color or flavor for all recipes.
Vision
We find salvation in giving a whole lot more to our farmers and customers, and asking for a whole lot less in return. Zaroma trades with a union of farmers at industry’s fair value. Pursuing meticulous social, environmental, and economic standards are of fundamentals to respect our customers, farmers & our only planet.
